Dry Falls V, Nantahala National Forest
An original artwork by award-winning fiber artist, Kim Keelor. This is part of a series about a waterfall a few miles from the artist's studio called Dry Falls because people can walk behind it while staying dry. It is a favorite of the artists and she visits office to study the flow of water in a natural setting.
It was created with a combination of wet and needle felt making, with merino wool, recycled sari silk and recycled cotton.
Available for viewing and purchase at the Middleton Place Museum Shop in Charleston, SC, (843-266-7471) or by contacting me via this website.
